MICHAEL WIRTZ DESIGNER, INC. has received national awards for interior design, which includes DESIGNER OF THE YEAR AWARD and the DISTINGUISHED MERIT AWARD in recognition of the high quality work produced by the firm.Established in 1976, the firm occupies its' own 5,000 square foot office building in Boca Raton, Florida. The staff provides complete interior design services encompassing programming, space planning, design, contract documents and contract administration for commercial, hospitality and residential work.The firm is dedicated to keeping abreast of the latest innovations; products and techniques of the industry, and for that reason maintain a large source library with over 5,000 products. For speed, flexibility and accuracy, all drawings are produced on the Computer Aided Drafting System (CADD).The staff of Interior Designers, through professional education, experience and written examination, are eligible to be licensed under the Architects and Interior Designers Title Act law. The 1984 law requires all Interior Designers to be licensed in Florida. On October 1, 1994, the Practice Act went into effect which helped to define the practice of interior design.The MICHAEL WIRTZ DESIGNER, INC. business philosophy emphasizes performance in achievement of the clients’ goals.
